A Penguin Chases its Shadow: This little fellow is trying to surprise his shadow by jumping on it. Maybe that will work to finally catch it! h.m. goertzen of Portland, Oregon submitted this picture, taken at Cape of Good Hope, South Africa. Interestingly, African Penguins are monogamous and mate for life.
