Archaeopteryx: This cast of an Archaeopteryx fossil was taken at the Bob Campbell Geology Museum. The Archaeopteryx lived about 150 million years ago in what is now Germany. Displaying a variety of features common to both birds and dinosaurs, many paleontologists consider it to be a link between the two.
